Brinkburn Serviced Apartments Information


Located in Darlington on the corner of Brinkburn Road and Wilson Street, Brinkburn Serviced Apartments provide a pair of stylish 2 bedroomed apartments. Each individually designed apartment is large enough to cater for a group of five adults, two adults and three/four children, or cosy enough for couples or lone travellers. Our beds are quality and super-comfortable according to previous visitors. No 74 Wilson St is a first floor apartment with one large kingsize bed with up to two pull out trundle beds available for extra sleeping space, and a double bed in the second bedroom. No. 76 is a ground floor apartment with similar bedspace configurations but with a slightly larger second bedroom. The apartments provide a spacious lounge with a dining area for 4 persons. Cable TV and high speed 5Ghz Wifi are standard. There are plenty of storage options for guests who are staying for longer periods. A full sized bath with shower is provided along with towels and complimentary toiletries. A fully fitted kitchen with all the main appliances you would expect from home completes the layout. Also provided are utensils, cutlery, pots, pans and essentials. We provide a home from home living experience away from the confines of a hotel room. We also offer better value for money than a hotel room whether visiting the area short term or longer trips where we can offer negotiable discounts. The apartments are located in a quiet residential area close to the town centre. There is ample free on street parking and a number of amenities such as a supermarket, pub and well known food outlets all within walking distance. The town centre is a 15 minute walk, a bus route within a minutes walk. North Rd Train Station is a five minute walk away and the main line Darlington Train Station is a five minute cab ride or 20 minute walk away. They are situated 1 Mile away from the A1, and Darlington is central to scores of great attractions and villages, towns & cities.

  • Road from The A1 (1.5 miles)
    At Jctn 68 Corbridge exit and follow the signs for Darlington. At the next 2 roundabouts go straight ahead to Darlington afer 1.4 miles you will see a large Art Deco building on the right with First For Flowers and The Village Optician on the ground floor. Take the road immediately on the left called Brinkburn Road. Follow this road for approx. 1/2 Mile past the Brinkburn Pub on the left and look for Wilson St on the right. The large pebbledashed building on the corner is your destination.
  • Train from North Rd Station (0.5 miles)
    From the station at the bottom of the stairs turn right for 100yds. At the top of this road by the Railway Museum turn left then 1st right(50 yds). Then turn right again onto Hopetown Lane.Follow this road for about 300 yards and bear left around the Builders Arms Pub onto St Annes Terrace. Follow the road until you reach a new housing Development on the right. Wilson st is one of the turnings on the left. The Large Pebbledash Building on the corner is your destination.
