One bedroom private serviced apartments located in a quiet, secure residential apartment block with views of Ipswich town located on the popular Ipswich marina, to accommodate up to 2 people. Complete with double or king sized beds, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens with dining & lounge areas, TV & free private WiFi connection. Some apartments have parking in a secure carpark, please enquire at booking if parking is required. Local parking also available. You will receive a meet & greet service on your arrival from one of the team who will welcome you & show you to the apartment allowing you to be sure of a smooth arrival. If you need anything, your meet & greet representative will be happy to help. For this reason please indicate your estimated time of arrival when booking. Our accommodation provides a home from home experience, find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchens, comfortable lounge areas & separate large bedrooms, making for a comfortable & relaxed stay The beautiful Ipswich waterfront location boasts an array of upmarket bars & restaurants and is the host of various events throughout the year including the Maritime Festival, it is also home to Suffolk University. In the summer season you can take advantage of river tours or stay on dry land and watch the yachts dock in and out of the marina. It provides a vibrant, picturesque location to enjoy a drink or meal, and is often compared to being abroad on a sunny day. The apartment is easily accessible, being within 10 minutes walk from the main Ipswich train station, with links to London, Cambridge and Norwich, a 5 minute walk in to the town centre where significant regeneration has taking place to bring in 2 brand new shopping centres, and 10 minutes drive from the A12/A14 road junctions. The home of Ipswich Town Football Club is a 10 minute walk

Direccions

  • Train desde Ipswich Train Station (0,6 milles)
    Turn right on to Burrell Road as you exit the train station. Walk along Burrell Road, at the first set of traffic lights continue to your left, along Stoke Street. Cross over Stoke Bridge (across the river Orwell) and use the pelican crossing next to the skate park to cross to the opposite side of the road. Turn right and walk towards "Dance East". Walk past Dance East and take the alleyway (first left) which will bring you out into a court yard. The apartment entrance is in the opposite corner.

    At the Toys R Us roundabout follow signs to Ipswich Town Centre on the A1214. Go past Sainsbury's petrol station on your left & take the next right at the traffic lights onto W End Rd/A137, take a slight left and continue onto Grafton Way/A137, At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Bridge St, at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Star Ln/A1022, stay in the right hand lane and take right in front of the Premier Inn (Manningtree/A137). The Mill Residential car park is on your left.
