Description

Centrium is a landmark development conveniently located in the heart of Woking town centre and is just a short walk from the mainline railway station. The development name is advertised above the main foyer door. The development provides 24hr security, free onsite gymnasium with sauna and secured parking for one car (height restrictions do apply). Reservation for parking is essential as spaces are limited and not guaranteed. Parking charges may apply. Please enquire. Apartments are above ground floor level and are light, spacious and come with a walk on balcony off the main living area. The living space is predominantly open plan with living/dining and kitchen area. Guests should expect some outside noise as the development is in the town centre. Woking town centre has an abundance of retail shops, cafes and restaurants all within either a pedestrian walkway or within the two shopping malls. In-between the malls is an artisan market open 7 days a week. Within the town centre is a multi-screen cinema, national theatre with shows on tour from London's West End, an indoor bowling alley and the HG Wells centre. The lightbox art gallery and museum can be reached alongside the Basingstoke canal located on the edge of the town centre. Further afield is Mercedes Benz World, RHS Wisley and numerous golf courses. Guests should note that we take full payment for the accommodation and a refundable damage security deposit at time of booking to the value of £200. Monthly payments are available for longer bookings. Please contact us for more information. The cardholder's permission is sought on all payments. Security deposits are refunded up to 48hrs after departure following property inspection. Further information on our T&C's can be found on our website

Accessibility

Whilst we endeavour to accommodate people with mobility issues, all of the apartments we manage have standard fixtures and fittings. Doors are of standard width and showers are either over bath or step into. For more information please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Directions

  • Road from M25 (5.3 miles)
    Approaching from the M25 /A320 (St Peter's Way) Head towards Woking town centre. Once at Victoria Way continue straight on the one-way system under the railway bridge. Vere left and first left onto station approach. the development forecourt is first on the left.
  • Train from Woking Railway Station (0.1 miles)
    Exit the main entrance (platforms 4 & 5) turn right towards Marks and Spencers Food Store, continue walking down station approach. Centrium is last building on the right opposite the blue building known as The Exchange.
