* Please call The Priory direct on 01524 791255 for special offer discounts on Bed & Breakfast Rates * In the heart of the Northwest of England, The Priory Hotel provides B&B accommodation at the edge of Forest of Bowland near Garstang. We are known for our friendly and familiar service and you will find the atmosphere very relaxed. We are ideally located, with plenty to see and do in the nearby area. We are within easy reach of Garstang, Preston and Lancaster. Great for walkers and cyclists and a fantastic location for families. We are only 11 miles from Blackpool. Nearby you can also go fishing, shooting and gliding! All rooms are en-suite and well equipped. Our menus range from breakfast, which is included and lunches and light snacks. The food on offer is of a modern British flavour with a wide variety to suit all tastes and most dietary requirements. We source all our food locally, supporting local farmers and producers for the highest quality produce. Additional facilities include a secure cycle store. There is free parking and free Wi-Fi for guests. Dogs are welcome with a £10 room supplement per night and must be pre booked.

  • Road from From North Junction 33 M6 (4.0 miles)
    From the North exit M6 motorway at junction 33 following the A6 south towards Garstang. After approximately 3 miles you will see Thorpys fish and chip shop on the A6 and Station Lane on the left with The Priory and Scorton sign posted from the A6. Turn left here and follow Station Lane over the narrow river bridge, then under the railway bridge until you get to a T junction. Turn right we are on the left in the centre of the village. Follow Scorton and not just the postcode.
  • Road from From the South Junction 32 M6 (8.0 miles)
    From the South take Junction 32 off the M6 and follow Garstang A6 north for 6.5 miles. By pass Garstang staying on the A6. You will go through a large set of trafic lights and just after a hotel called The Crofters on the left. Take the second road on the right after The Crofters - Gubberford Lane following the signs for Scorton and The Priory for 1.5 miles into the village. We are in the centre of the village on the right. Please follow Scorton and not just the postcode
