Close to bars, restaurants and transport links this 2 Bedroom, stylish apartment is spacious enough for a small family, 2 cohabiting couples , or up to 3 separate work colleagues but cute and cosy enough for the single traveller. Bedroom one contains a Super-Kingsized bed for a great nights sleep which splits into two 3 foot singles when required. Bedroom two contains a three quarter sized bed large enough for two sharing children or one adult . There is a modern toilet and shower room with towels provided during your stay. Completing the layout is a modern open plan l This includes a chaise settee, flat screen TV, DVD player, Virgin cable Freeview and the latest 5Ghz super fast Wifi. In addition there is a fully fitted kitchen/breakfast bar area with all the necessaries, including a fan oven/hob, microwave and a washer/dryer. Also provided are utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, crockery and other kitchen essentials. The apartment is located astride residential and commercial areas with views towards the town centre, close to all essential amenities. Within the apartment you will find one parking pass for your vehicle during your stay, as the property is located within a zoned area, though for additional cars, you will need to find alternative area to park. Overall a stylish well located apartment! As always our aim is to provide a self sufficient, relaxing ‘home from home’ experience away from the traditional confines of a hotel room. It enjoys the feel of Darlington's market town appeal while being conveniently located to surrounding business parks, Aycliffe, Teesside and beyond via the A1 and A66.
