Description

Welcome to Ash Farm Country Guest House, an 18th Century Farmhouse set in National Trust Countryside yet only 15 mins from Manchester Airport the M6 @ junction 19 and the M56 junction 7 is 5 mins drive. En-suite rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi in all rooms, trouser press, flat screen TV with Freeview. Complimentary toiletries and bath robes supplied. All rooms are enhanced with lovely country views. There Is a country pub within 5 mins walk for evening meals serving till 21:00. Ash Farm is fully licensed if you wish to sit in our residents' lounge and enjoy a quiet night in. Closer still The Dunham Massey Hall and Deer Park (7 minutes stroll down the lane) and the Bridgewater Canal in the opposite direction are a must for walkers and nature lovers alike. Tatton Park with the Japanese Gardens is 10 minutes drive and Lyme Park is within easy reach. If it's true relaxation you are looking for then just sit on the terrace in the back garden – we are fully licensed. Business people, walkers and explorers, couples on a romantic getaway, there’s something for everyone Ash Farm is a listed National Trust Building along with the barns alongside the main house. House Martins are a protected species and have been visiting Ash Farm to breed during the summer months for at least the 20 years that David and Janice have been the proud occupiers and managers of this perfectly charming bed and breakfast. We are 4 star AA rated we serve breakfast from 07:00 to 09:00, serving locally sourced produce in our beautiful breakfast room. Open fires are in the breakfast room and and residents lounge

    FRom North exit M6 @ junction 20 at the roundabout head for A50 Knutsford and Macclesfield about 3 miles down this road there is a Pub on the left called The Bears Paw 2nd left after pub turn left to Carrington and Partington at the traffic lights turn right You will pass 3 pubs on the left 1st Pub is the Wheatsheaf 2 nd Pub is Ye Olde No 3 3rd Pub is called Home Turn left at Home Pub into Park Lane Ash Farm is at the end of the lane on the left just before The Swan with Two Nicks Pub

    at Picadilly Station get onto Metro for Altrincham Altrincham is 2 miles from Ash Farm there is a taxi rank outside the bus station the number 37 bus leaves every hour you will need to get off at the Stamford Arms bustop which is at the top of Park Lane
