Avenue Park Holiday Apartments offer a choice of a smart Villa with 3 bedrooms, or an Apartment with 2 bedrooms. Both newly designed and fitted with the latest technology inc; High Speed Broadband and Wi-Fi, Latest generation Smart TV’s and sound systems. All catering amenities needed are supplied in a lovely spacious Victorian villa., they provide for family holidays and weekends away enjoying the beautiful Devon coast and area. Free car parking and free on street parking is available at this property. The elegant rooms are newly refurbished to provide comfortable and up to date facilities for all the family. Avenue Park Self Catering Accommodation has a garden with lovely views. to the front and each apartment and house has its own terrace area for outside eating and relaxing. Full kitchen facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven/grill and hob, toaster, kettle plus all cooking equipment is provided. Take a 5-minute walk past Torre Abbey, through the gardens to the seafront. Princess Theatre, the harbour and shops are easy to reach from there. Avenue Park Villa provides an ideal holiday home for up to 7 people, plus room for a child’s travel cot if required. It has a large kitchen diner, lounge and three bedrooms. All bedrooms have king size, or super king beds. One room can be three single beds if required. All have en-suite shower bathrooms. There is also a family bathroom.

We have some steps leading to our front door and from the car parking area which are in sections with flat landings separating them -approx 12 steps in each access approach, spread over a large area with handrails to assist with safe ascent and descent. We are a level walk from the sea front with a further level walk along the sea front to the harbour and town. We are unable to accommodate wheel chair users or people with severe mobility issues due to our elevated building access. The Villa has a ground floor bedroom and one flight of house stairs to 2 first floor bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. All bedrooms are en-suite with showers. The Apartment is accessed from the car park by 4 steps to the door. Inside the apartment is all on one level, with two bedrooms, both with en-suite shower bathrooms. The outside terrace area is down 5 steps outside.

  • Carretera desde Newton Abbot (6,0 millas)
    Avenue Park Guest House, 3 Avenue Road, Torquay, TQ2 5LA Finding Us: From Newton Abbot follow directions for Torquay, then follow signs for 'Sea front' and 'Conference Centre'. Bear right at the traffic lights by Halfords into Avenue Road and we are opposite the park just before the 2nd set of traffic lights. There is a red post box on the left pavement in front of us. Parking is free on the road opposite us and other surrounding roads.
  • Tren desde Torquay Train Station (0,25 millas)
    Torquay Train Station is a level 8 minute walk approx along Faulkland road. From the station turn left immediately out of the platform door and walk along in front of the station , down the slope onto the pavement. Follow the curve to the right along Faulkland road and walk up to the traffic lights. Turn left past the Restuarant and cross over Walnut road junction onto Avenue Road. Look across the road and see the red post box on the pavement. Avenue Park is just there.
  • Carretera desde Paignton (2,0 millas)
    Drive along the sea front and turn laft at the lights in front of the Grand Hotel signposted the train station. Drive along in front of the station and follow the curve to the right up Faulkland Road. At the lights take the left lane along Avenue Road, go slowly as we are by the red post box, free non restricted parking is allowed opposite us.
