No.4 Guest House Información

Descripción

No.4 Guest House is situated in the Heart of the Lake District being within easy reach of the Mountains and the Lakes. No.4 is a family run guest house, our rooms have recently been refurbished to garentee that home from home feel. No.4 is a stone built building dating back to 1888 and maintains much of its Victorian Charm. No.4 is set in a peaceful location close to the local shops restaurants and bars. Windermere railway station is a just a short walk away for those choosing to escape the use of the car, although we have off street private parking at no extra charge. All our rooms are en-suite, either double or king size and have flat screen tv's, tea and coffee making facilities hairdryers, complimentary toiletries and homemade shortbread biscuits. An ironing board is available upon request. Free Wi Fi is of course included. Our towels are fresh and fluffy. No.4 Guest House has a sun room for our guests to enjoy a quiet moment with a coffee, tea or hot chocolate and a read of a book. As with current Legislation No.4 is a non smoking, however we do have a rear seating area were smoking is allowed. Our regular guests appreciate the quiet, relaxed atmosphere at No.4 that is why we do not have the facilities to accept children.

Accesibilidad

Due to all of our rooms not being on the ground floor - we are unable to accommodate persons requiring wheelchair access. Rooms 1, 2 and 4 are on the first floor and accessed by one set of stairs, Room 3 is not recommended for guests with limited access needs because it is a loft room. Room 3 also has beams which may not suit taller persons

    coming out of the station just follow the road down through the shops and bars when you get to cafe Italia take the second road on the left and we are the third property along
  • Carretera desde M6 Junction 36 (12,0 miles)
    leave the M6 at junction 34 and follow the dual carriageway towards Kendal. When you get to the large Kendal roundabout take the second junction and follow the road along for about 7 miles towards Windermere. Take the turnoff for Windermere and follow the road down past the shops and restaurants. You should see cafe Italia on your right when you reach the main Lake road. Ellerthwaite Road is then the second road on the left and No.4 is the third property along opposite the park.
