Description

We are sure that you will find our holiday home warm, clean, comfy and cosy with great amenities where we offer 1 bedroom consisting of 2 Queen size beds sleeping 4 guests and an additional pull out sofa-bed in the living room offering a further 2 bed spaces. Our serviced apartment is based near the coast in South Shields and will suit tourists and contractors looking to stay by the sea and not too far away from the town centre, and if you are looking for a cosy retreat then this is perfect with a gas fire providing a real home from home warmth. The accommodation is set all on the ground floor (please note that it is accessible for disabled guests but we sadly do not have grab rails in the bathroom or any other special amenities), and comprises of 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are large with high ceilings which have retained their Victorian details but the rest of the property has modern decor where free WI-FI runs throughout. This is a non-smoking house but smoking is permitted in the out-door spaces and there is on-street car parking available outside of the property. We also own the very welcoming 4 star Atlantis Guest House at No55 Ocean Road, South Shields where a full English breakfast can be ordered for just £6pp, (£3 for children under the age of 5). Please call to book a table on 07968949856. Living Room: This large room provides a relaxed homely feel with gas fire, comfy sofas, TV, DVD and a dining table. Bedroom: There are x2 Queen sized double beds, alarm clock and TV with access direct into the bathroom.. Bathroom: The family bathroom is accessible via the bedroom and is immaculately presented with a large L-Shape bath and shower, white cotton hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets. Kitchen: This Includes oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, utensils, a breakfast bar and stools. Rear Yard: Complete with washing line.
