Golden Cross Park Information

Description

Golden Cross Park is a self catering site it is ideally located should you want a romantic hideway or a base to use whilst you explore the many wonderful attractions East Sussex has to offer. Some of the luxury lodges have a private hot tub so you can relax in the bubbles whilst you decide where to visit next. The park has no facilities but there is a bus stop outside and a Spar shop for the odd essentials. Close by Hailsham offers many of the major supermarkets and restaurants with a variety of cuisines with some outlets offering a delivery service to Golden Cross Park. We also have a superb selection of local country pubs offering fine food, local ales and live music. A short drive away are the elegant town of Eastbourne with its superb shops, promenade walks, pier and beaches, Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park for stunning views and walks and the vibrant Brighton, a definite favorite as well as a wealth of historic towns, quaint villages and beautiful beaches you will be spoilt for choice. Close by to Golden Cross Park there is the championship golf course The East Sussex National which also offers a swimming pool and Spa facilities. There are local lakes for the fishermen and fabulous attractions for the children Fort Fun at Eastbourne or Drusillas Zoo Park a definite favorite with many more attractions to choose from. Not forgetting the Glyndebourne Opera House for those who like a little culture. Our friendly staff are more than happy to give you information about these and lots more attractions East Sussex has to offer. Come and see the Lewes bonfire processions, the East Hoathly fireworks are spectacular. Eastbourne’s Airbourne International Airshow is another family favorite just like the horse racing at Plumpton or Brighton. The list can go on and on!
