The Loft Winchester Information


Positioned across the road from beautiful Oram's Arbour Park, and just a 5 minute walk from town and the station, this 3 bedroom apartment has been newly refurbished, creating a contemporary light and airy space. It occupies the two top floors of a Victorian house and is over 1000q ft. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite shower/wet-room, and there is also a spacious twin room, plus a smaller single room. The open-plan loft living area has a fully equipped modern kitchen and impressive views over Winchester. The apartment has central heating, TV and wireless broadband & parking - perfectly situated for the town, station & the Park.

    Head out of the rail station under the tunnel on to Stockbridge road (north) turn left onto St Paul's Hill then turn right onto Clifton Road(by the rail way pub) the accommodation is 200 yards up the hill on the right.
  • Road from M3 Junction 9 (southbound) (2.2 miles)
    1. Head south 2. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Easton Ln 3. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Easton Ln 4. Continue onto Wales St 5. Wales St turns right and becomes Durngate Pl 6. Continue onto N Walls- N Walls turns left and becomes Union St/B3330 Continue to follow B3330 - Turn right onto Friarsgate/B3331 Continue to follow B3331- Slight left onto B3040 -At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Upper High St/B3420 -Take St Paul's Hill/B3049 to Clifton Rd
