The Manse is located in a quiet part of Eastbourne, yet is only 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre. The theatres, seafront and South Downs National park are all nearby.
There is unrestricted street parking and there are 2 off street parking spaces.
The south facing dining room is large with original oak floors and oak beams with a comfortable seating area with French doors leading to the rear garden.
The bedrooms are spacious and have either a king size or a superking bed with TV, armchairs, tea/coffee tray, chiller and free WiFi access.

Drive into Eastbourne town centre and at the railway station take the exit to Old Orchard Road. Take the first right into Arlington Road. The Manse is at the end of the road on the junction with Dittons Road.
