All our double en-suite rooms are comfortably furnished, recently redecorated with new furnishings and bedding. They have flat screen freeview TV with CD and DVD, hospitality, hair dryer, radio alarm. The modern en-suites have both luxury baths and walk-in showers, clean towels are provided daily.
All the rooms are on the 2nd floor so travel light if you can.
Whilst retaining the outside character of the original grain store the inside has been converted in stunning style.The second-floor guest bedrooms have ensuites fitted with luxury baths and separate walk-in showers, are fully equipped with Freeview TV, DVD and CD player, hair dryer, hospitality, radio alarm etc.
There is also a comfortable residents lounge on the first floor with a wood burner for cosy winter evenings that also offers panoramic views of the Waveney Valley and river.The garden offers views over the Waveney valley, fishing, canoeing, bird watching, we have two families of Swans and Otters also live in the river .
We are close to the popular coastal resorts of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, whilst the Broads are just a few minutes away, day boat hire can be had in Beccles. The new owners Rod and Lindsay Middleton have over 11 years experience in the Bed And Breakfast Business and pride themselves in offering excellent friendly service. Their last business Ingleneuk Lodge is now closed but the details and reviews can still be found on the internet .
The old grain store would make an ideal base for exploring the Broads or indeed any of the East Coast. The market town of Norwich is only 20 minutes away .

Take the A143 to Bungay . At the Ditchingham roundabout turn left and after the bridge bear left . The old grain store is 1 mile further on the left after Crisp Maltings

Take the A144 to Bungay . approaching the town take the B1062 signposted to Beccles . Past the School take the right turn to Beccles . Wainford road is the first on the left as you leave the town. The old grain store is the first property on the right over the hump backed bridge .
