Our double room with en-suite is modern with a nice comfortable bed, flat screen tv and tea and coffee making facilities. This room is a small cosy room in our converted attic with exposed beams and a skylight window. The en-suite does have a slopping ceiling in the shower so its not suitable for tall people. Please note that this room is not suitable for children i.e. with a cot as you could not fit one in comfortably. However our family rooms are ideal for children! We also advise that this room is suitable for 1 or 2 night stays, for longer stays we do advise our family or twin rooms as these are much bigger.

Our Double with a private bathroom is a modern, small and cosy room with tea/coffee facilities and a flat screen tv. (this is a private bathroom which means it is your own bathroom but it is across the hallway) robes are provided. The bathroom has a corner bath with hand held shower head. Please note that we do not except children in these rooms (i.e. with a cot) as the room is not big enough to fit one in comfortably, ideally this room is for 1 or 2 nights away, if you require a longer stay, The family rooms or twin rooms are much bigger to accommodate a longer stay.

Description
The Red House East bed and breakfast was built in 1880 and was previously the village hospital and is situated in the centre of the very beautiful Cotswold village, Bourton-on-the-Water. There is a tremendous amount of things to do in this region, Stratford upon Avon, for those that are interested In the bard, there's Shakespeare's birthplace, the Shakespeare's Centre or the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The city of Bath with its Roman splendour, Oxford for its famous book shops or Cheltenham for the racing are all within an easy drive. There is fishing, horse riding and golf all available within 3 miles and shops and pubs within 300yds. Breakfast is served in our south facing dining room. Guests can choose from our full English or vegetarian breakfast along with cereal and toast. At the Red House all our bedrooms either have an en-suite shower room or a private shower room. They also have a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, alarm clock and a hair dryer. There are many pleasant walks around the village, varying from the easy to the difficult, or if alternatively you can spend a nice easy day by the river Windrush in the centre of the village, surrounded by cafes, pubs and shops! (if you are using a sat nav and the post code, we are directly opposite cemetery lane) * CHECK IN TIMES ARE BETWEEN 14:00 AND 18:30 *
