Description

Built in 2005 Park Heights remains one of the most desirable apartment buildings in Woking, with high spec interiors, impressive communal areas, twin layered communal entrance with video entry system and CCTV, passenger lift to all floors and a secure underground car park. Our apartments offer two generous sized double bedrooms, an en-suite shower room off the master bedroom, family sized bathroom with shower overhead, open plan living and dining with a spacious contemporary kitchen. Guests can also enjoy unlimited WiFi, freeview TV and a weekly housekeeping service with fresh linen and towels for stays of 7+ nights. Parking for one car is also available at no extra cost and available in the secure underground carpark. Park Heights is conveniently located on the corner of Constitution Hill and Guildford Road and, just a few seconds’ walk from Woking’s park and recreational grounds. The town centre can be reached within a 10minute generous walk where an abundance of retail shops, cafes and restaurants can be found within two shopping malls. Between the malls is an artisan market open 7 days a week. Also within the town are a multi-screen cinema, national theatre with shows on tour from the West End, an indoor bowling alley and the HG Wells centre. The lightbox art gallery and museum can be reached alongside the basingstoke canal. Further afield is Mercedes Benz World, RHS Wisley and numerous golf courses. Guests should note that we take full payment for the accommodation and a refundable damage security deposit at time of booking to the value of £200. Monthly payments are available for longer bookings. Please contact us for more information. Security deposits are refunded upto 48hrs after departure following property inspection. Accessibility

Whilst we endeavour to accommodate people with mobility issues, all of the apartments we manage have standard fixtures and fittings. Doors are of standard width and showers are either over bath or step into. For more information please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Directions

  • Road from M25 (5.8 miles)
    Approaching from the M25 /A320 (St Peter's Way) Head towards Woking town centre. Once at Victoria Way continue straight on the one-way system under the railway bridge. Vere right and continue on the A320 towards Guildford. After 2nd set of traffic lights turn left onto Constitution Hill. The carpark is on the right.
  • Train from Woking Railway Station (0.3 miles)
    Approximately 10 minutes flat walk from the railway station. Exit the main railway station entrance (platforms 4 & 5) turn right towards Marks and Spencers Food Store and continue walking down Station Approach. Cross over the road by the Magistrates Court and continue walking down Guildford Road. After the second set of traffic lights, turn left onto Constitution Hill. Park Heights is on the right corner and the main entrance is first door on the right.
