Open fire in the winter, patio for the summer and friendly locals makes us an ideal place to stay for a short break, business or attending an event in the area. Our rural setting by the South Downs makes us the perfect place for walking or cycling breaks combined with a wealth of wedding venues and with both the famous Goodwood and Fontwell horse and motor racing tracks nearby we really are in an ideal position for your needs. Directions

  • Road from Pulborough (2.0 miles)
    Heading south on the A29 cross over the railway bridge and after 5oo yards look out for our brown and white tourist information sign on the left. Don't worry if you miss the first one as there is another sign and turning around the corner.
  • Train from Pulborough Station (2.4 miles)
    On leaving the station on main road turn left and proceed to mini roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout and proceed along the A29 for approx 1.75 miles. you will see the brown and white tourist information sign, turn left and follow the Old London Road and we are just around the corner
  • Road from Chichester (14.9 miles)
    Follow the A27 Eastbound and take roundabout signposted A29 London. Turn on to the A29 and follow to Coldwaltham and Old London Road
