Beeches Farmhouse and Cottages Information


The Beeches Farmhouse accommodation in Bradford on Avon near Bath, has double / twin and family rooms all except one in detached converted farm buildings, each having their own front door key and own patio area, giving you the independence to come and go as you please. All rooms have full en-suite facilities including bath and shower and are decorated to a very high standard with exposed beams, stripped wooden floors and country pine furnishings. All double beds are a minimum of 5 foot with the majority being 6 foot. Also rooms have colour TV, radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, fresh fruit and flowers. There is a fridge available to chill your wine/beer whilst you are out during the day, so that you can return and relax enjoying the ambience of your own lit patio late into the evening (wine glasses and corkscrew are all provided). 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities Double, twin & family rooms Each room has their own front door key and own patio area Each room has TV with Freeview & DVD All rooms have free Wifi Also radio alarms, tea & coffee making facilities, mineral water, fresh fruit & flowers Collect your own free range eggs (subject to availability) Large guest lounge Fridge – chill your own wine / beer – glasses & corkscrews provided!

  • Train from Bradford on Avon Train Station (1.0 miles)
    Turn left out of Station Road and continue across the town bridge and across the mini roundabout on to Holt Road. Keep going for about a mile and you will see our road sign on the left.
  • Road from M4 - From The East (15.0 miles)
    Come off at junction 17 and turn left on to the A350 towards Chippenham and Melksham. At Melksham turn west onto the B3107 signposted Holt and Bradford on Avon. After 4.3 miles after a staggered cross roads you should see the signpost on the right.
  • Road from M4 - From The West (15.0 miles)
    Come off the M4 at junction 18. Turn south on the A46 until the turn off for Bath when you continue on the A4 Bathampton Bypass. At the roundabout at the end of the bypass turn right onto the A363. Just before Bradford on Avon turn left onto the B3105 and continue on the this until you meet the t junction with the B3107 where you turn right. After a few hundred yards you will see our road side sign on the right.
